After my apprenticeship as a carpenter, I realized that this job didn't fulfill me as much as I had originally imagined. I knew I had to do something creative, but most of all I had to find a job that I would be passionate about. The only way I could do that was to turn my hobby into a career, and bodybuilding and fitness were exactly what I loved. Bodybuilding allows me to be creative and I can shape my body with my own hands the way I want it, purely through willpower and hard work.

As more and more people started asking me for help, I quickly realized that I enjoyed working with individuals to help them with their training, nutrition, but also motivation and attitude.

With over 10 years of experience, the German Vice Champion title in natural bodybuilding, a high school diploma with a focus on sports and biology and an ongoing bachelor's degree in sports science, I have gained a lot of experience over the years to help you achieve your goals in the best possible way support.
